Western Albemarle volleyball has won its first six sets of Jefferson District play as they followed up a Charlottesville sweep Thursday with the same thing Tuesday on the road against Louisa, 3-0, 25-13, 25-13, 25-10.
For the Warriors, Maggie Kooken and Katie Rossberg led the offense by finishing with nine kills each. Rossberg also had three blocks while teammate Lauran Bergin had a pair. Riley Martin had 25 assists to go with a strong night at the service line with six aces. Libero Marin Crowder had eight digs.
The Warriors (10-3, 2-0) host Monticello on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
