Just taking a game off of Western Albemarle’s boys tennis team is tough. Winning a match is darn near impossible.
The Warriors rolled 9-0 past Charlottesville Monday, with Teddy Nelson and Gray Evans both posting 10-0 singles wins while Cam Scot, Will Diamond and Tom Lewis won 10-1 in their matches.
The closest match was between Scot and Nelson’s doubles squad and Prescott Angle and May Meying’s tandem. The Western grouping pulled out a 3-0 win.
Western moves to 6-0 overall, 5-0 in the Jefferson and takes on St. Anne’s-Belfield Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
