Another Friday, another big night for Maurice Taylor and unbeaten Buckingham County.

The Knights crushed Randolph-Henry Friday night 50-14 to move to 8-0 on the year with a big-time homecoming win. Taylor piled up 192 yards and four touchdowns on 27 carries against the Statesmen, powering a big-time offensive performance by the Knights.

Quarterback Tarian Ayers threw for 162 yards and two touchdowns of his own while going 10-for-17. He found Antonn Briley four times for 85 yards and a touchdown.

The Knights led 23-0 at the break.

Buckingham kicker Russell Taylor knocked a 27-yard field goal through the uprights for his first field goal of the season.
