Jamel Turner, who earned All-VISAA honors this past fall while playing linebacker for Fork Union Military Academy, has been upgraded from critical to stable condition after being shot in his home town of Youngstown, Ohio. This past February Turner signed a national letter of intent to play for Ohio State.
