Madison County stayed undefeated with a dominating win over Strasburg 78-64 on the road Friday night.
“We really wanted to come out in the first half and put pressure
on them,” said Madison coach Be Breeden. “(Patrick) Lucas really played well for us tonight.”
Lucas had a game-high 19 points off the bench for Madison and hauled down six rebounds.
David Falk scored 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Falk,
Casey Campbell, Logan Terrell and Jerel Carter all had two steals each. The Mountaineers shot well from the perimeter, knocking down six three-pointers. Carter finished with 10 points while Matt Garr knocked in 11.
