Charlottesville’s golf team took fourth place in the Conference 23 opening tournament at Colonial Hills in Forest Wednesday.
The Black Knights carded a 355, placing behind tournament champion E.C. Glass’ 301, Liberty Christian’s 302 and Jefferson Forest’s 310. Amherst finished with a 383 while G.W. Danville had just two golfers who finished with a 226.
Charlottesville’s top individual finisher was A.J. Stouffer who took sixth place with a 76. E.C. Glass’ Jimmie Hassie was the medalist with a 68.
