Fluvanna County’s girls team kept things rolling Friday by knocking off Goochland 56-20 at home.
The Flucos got a well-rounded effort from Mia Loyd who notched a 13-point, 12-rebound, six-steal outing against the Bulldogs. Senior K-anna Loyd had a big night as well with 11 points, eight rebounds and four assists while Millicent Williams chipped in 11 points and pulled down six boards.
The Flucos are now 11-1 and 6-0 in the district. They’ll face an improving Orange squad on the road at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
